These terms of use govern the use of Khlass, an online service published by [NOM COMPLET] (see the legal notice). By creating an account, you accept them in full.

Khlass is a management tool for auto-entrepreneurs in Morocco. It lets you create quotes, invoices and credit notes, record payments received, keep track of your annual ceiling, the MAD 80,000 threshold per professional client in Morocco and your estimated quarterly tax, and export your data.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date, especially the details shown on your documents (identity, ICE, IF, address).

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any action taken from your account.

The Starter plan lets you issue 3 invoices, 3 quotes and 3 credit notes free, in total (not per month). Drafts are unlimited. PDFs issued on the free plan carry a “Khlass.ma” watermark.

The Unlimited plan costs MAD 10 for one month or MAD 100 for one year. It gives access to unlimited documents and removes the watermark.

Payment is made online by card through YouCan Pay. The plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

There is no automatic renewal: the plan stays active until its end date, after which your account goes back to the free plan without losing any data. A new payment extends the plan from its end date.

Khlass is a management tool. It is not a chartered accountant or a legal or tax adviser, and it is not affiliated with the Moroccan administration.

Calculations (ceiling, per-client threshold, tax) are provided for information only, based on the data you enter. You remain solely responsible for your invoices, your tax returns and your legal and tax obligations.

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee it will be free from interruptions or errors.

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time (CSV files and a ZIP archive of your PDFs). How we process it is described in our privacy policy.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile; your data is then deleted.

We may suspend or close an account in case of fraudulent or abusive use, or use contrary to these terms, after informing you whenever possible.

We may update these terms. You will be informed of significant changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of [VILLE DU TRIBUNAL].
